Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• No charges if informed 7 days prior to check-in.
• 100% charges apply if informed less than 7 days.
• Between Dec 24 – Jan 1, a 15-day policy applies.
• Refunds take 10 working days with 5% gateway charges.

Resort Stay Policies

• Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out = Full-day charges
• Suites are double occupancy only.
• Triple occupancy: Extra charges apply if guest is over 7 yrs old.
• No extra bed for guests below 7; bedding on diwan provided.
• Swimming pool: Complimentary. Bring swimsuit, cream, lotion.
• No doctor on call. Nearest hospital: 4km.

Dining Policy

• Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner at La Providence
• No redemption through in-room dining.
• Meal Timings:
  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Dinner: 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 24/7 room service available for à la carte orders.

Guest Guidelines

• No non-occupants allowed inside suites.
• Reusable flip-flops are for suite-use only. Available for purchase at The Verandah.
• Do not remove reusable suite items.
• Damage to property will be chargeable.

• Violations may result in being asked to vacate.
• Pre-book trek, yoga, or activities in advance.
• Suites are for 2 adults (1 king bed + 1 couch).
• No outside food or liquor allowed.
• No pets allowed.
